Design Visualisation
To enable our customers to view their designs we have several means to achieve this. We have in house Industrial stylist who can turn engineering concepts to workable styled solutions. We have 3D visual programs that allow the customer to view in 3d the design. We also have rendering software to create believable images for marketing direct from the CAD system.
In-house Industrial Design
Our capabilities in 3D concept modelling and prototyping mean we are able to cater to the aesthetic, ergonomic and usability requirements for the customer, through the development of tangible concepts in short timescales. Our multi-disciplined team of designers have formal backgrounds in product and industrial design, allowing us to employ the correct working practices to meet the demands of the marketplace.
Virtual Prototyping
Our 3D CAD capabilities using PTC Pro-E Wildfire™ and Luxion KeyShot™ allow us to produce photo-realistic concepts at any point in the design stage, without the need for physical production, allowing the efficient progression of all aspects to the product development, without the commitment to more costly means of imaging procurement. Our use of AutoDesk MoldFlow™ allows DFM assessment in the virtual domain, allowing us to offer a one-stop solution to our customers for design feasibility and evaluation projects.
3D Design Visualisation
We utilise eDrawings Professional to enable us to offer our customers the facility to review designs and drawings quickly, easily, and independently of a high-end CAD system. eDrawings is a fully 3D visualisation software that is free to download to view. Such ability greatly reduces the time and data transfer requirements when collaborating with customers and suppliers during the development process, allowing us to adhere to our efficient working methodologies with all our customers.
